Property Tax Consulting, Inc. was founded by Bruce LeDoux in 1998. Bruce is a CPA and through his work experience, was introduced to the concept of controlling and managing property taxes just like business stakeholders manage their organization’s assets and operating expenses.

Bruce quickly recognized the rules governing valuation of properties were totally unlike the laws governing income taxes with the Internal Revenue Service or the many principles in financial accounting with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. This prompted Bruce to acquire the education needed to become a Certified Tax Representative Level III so that he could provide the service of helping property owners, both commercial and residential, reduce their property taxes.
